About Foreclosure Notices
Under Texas Property Code § 51.002, a mortgage servicer conducting a non-judicial foreclosure (Deed of Trust) must file a notice of the foreclosure sale with the County Clerk of the county in which the property is located at least 21 days before the scheduled sale date.
Foreclosure sales in Texas are conducted on the first Tuesday of each month at the county courthouse.
