Records held by the clerks
The County Clerk is the county's official record-keeper: deeds, liens, plats, assumed names (DBAs), marriage licenses, birth and death records, and County Court at Law case files. Official public records can be searched online at tx.countygovernmentrecords.com, or call (512) 398-1804.
The District Clerk maintains district court case records and jury information; call (512) 398-1806.
