About Adult Probation

Adult probation — also known as community supervision — is a sentencing alternative that allows eligible adults to remain in the community while complying with conditions set by the court. The Caldwell County CSCD supervises adults on community supervision for misdemeanor and felony offenses in Caldwell County's courts.

• Payment of fines, court costs, and supervision fees
• Drug and alcohol testing (when ordered)
