Caldwell County is in the process of updating its capital improvement plan. The plan will provide a roadmap for making important capital improvements — such as extensive updates to highways and major thoroughfares —to support the county’s needs as it continues to grow and evolve.
Open houses were held on June 29 in Lockhart and July 2 in Luling.
